    Media, dashboard and polish

    • Your dashboard is now a live operational overview: today's and the next 7 days' bookings, new and quoted enquiries, your customer count and the outstanding balance, plus today's schedule and the latest enquiries, all updating in real time.
    • A cleaner work-photos uploader with drag-and-drop, and instant thumbnails while your photos upload.
    • Work photos are resized and optimised automatically on upload, so your pages stay fast and uploads stay light.

    • Emails now send reliably on the live site, and the development mailbox notice no longer shows in production.

    Booking calendar

    Added
    • A full booking calendar: see every appointment across your artists by day, week, month or as an agenda list, in your studio's local time.
    • Drag a booking to move it - to another time, artist or day - or drag its edge to change its length; times snap to 15 minutes with a live preview of where it will land.
    • Click an empty slot to start a new booking pre-filled with the artist and time, or click a booking for a quick summary.
    • The calendar updates live as bookings change, highlights what just changed, and shows who else is viewing.
    • Filter by artist and colour bookings by artist or status, with a colour-blind-safe palette and a legend.
    • Block out time off and breaks directly on the calendar.
    • Switch between your studios - each with its own opening hours, team and bookings.
    • Works on a phone: swipe between days, long-press to drag a booking, and tidy bottom sheets for details.
    • Optional SMS appointment reminders alongside email, turned on per studio, with a one-tap opt-out for each client.

    Safer team invitations

    • Accepting a team invitation now shows a quick confirmation step before you're signed in, so an email provider's automatic link scanner can no longer use up the invite by mistake.

    Client intake, portfolios and aftercare

    • Capture a client enquiry end to end from one screen: the brief (placement, size, style, colour, budget), reference photos, and an 18+/ID check.
    • Turn an approved enquiry into a booking in a couple of clicks, without re-typing the client or artist.
    • Move an enquiry through its stages (new, quoted, approved, declined); every change shows on the client's timeline.
    • Record when an appointment is completed or a client is a no-show, straight from the bookings list.
    • Give each artist a work-photo portfolio that shows on their public page.
    • Email a client their aftercare instructions as a branded PDF, logged on their timeline.
    • Manage your team: invite an admin or a member, change someone's role, and deactivate a member who leaves, which signs them out straight away.
    • A new dashboard shows your upcoming bookings, new enquiries and client count at a glance, with quick actions to start a new enquiry, booking or client.
    • A range of security and reliability improvements across the app.

    Clearer form validation

    • Forms now show validation messages right next to the field that needs attention instead of a generic error at the top. A booking with the studio, artist or client not yet chosen, and the consent form's date of birth, now flag the specific field to fix.

    Track deposits and payments

    Added
    • See what each booking has been paid and what is still owed. Record a deposit up front, the balance on the day, and the occasional refund; the outstanding amount updates as you go. No card machine needed - this is for the deposits and bank transfers you already take.
    • Payments appear on the client's record and timeline, and each client's total outstanding is shown at a glance.
    • The bookings list now flags what is still due, or that a booking is fully paid, on each appointment.

    One client record with a full history

    • Every client now has a single record page that brings their whole history together in one place - appointments, consents and signed PDFs, photo and marketing consent, and anything you log - as one timeline, newest first, in your local time.
    • Log a call, an Instagram or WhatsApp message, an email or a quick note against a client, with the date and time it happened; it appears in the timeline straight away, and you can edit or delete the ones you added.

    Local time everywhere

    • Dates and times across the app now show in your own local time zone instead of UTC - the activity log, sessions, staff console and retention dates all follow your device's time zone. The moment a consent was signed still shows in the studio's local time, matching the signed PDF.

    Consent documents and compliance

    • Consent documents now show the specific studio - its name and full address - and the exact template version the client signed.
    • The signed time on a consent is shown in the studio's local time, not UTC.
    • See a client's full consent history in one place, with a link to view or download each signed PDF.
    • The download for a signed consent PDF now appears on screen as soon as it is ready, with no need to refresh the page.
    • Consent now covers tattoos, piercings, semi-permanent make-up and laser, with the correct age rules for each and a recorded parent or guardian consent path for a minor's non-intimate piercing.
    • Record a separate, opt-in photo and marketing image-use consent for each client - portfolio, studio website or social media - which can be withdrawn per use at any time.

    Client consent

    Added
    • Take a client through a consultation and consent on a tablet: a health questionnaire and consent statement from your studio's template, signed with a handwritten signature on screen.
    • Tattoos are limited to clients aged 18 or over, and each client's health information is stored encrypted.
    • Every signed consent is saved as a PDF you can download and is kept for your records.
    • You can withdraw a consent or erase a client's health data on request.
