    Platform monitoring

    • Expanded the Runavel team's operations console with live platform monitoring - a health overview and a searchable activity log - so we can spot and resolve issues faster and keep the app stable and reliable for you.

    Owner impersonation

    • The Runavel team can now securely view the app exactly as one of your studio's users sees it, to help with support - searchable across studios by email, company or studio name.
    • Sessions are view-only by default and time-limited, a clear banner shows when a support view is active, and every action is recorded for your protection.

    Branding and platform operations

    • Refreshed the Runavel logo across the app.
    • Introduced a secure, separate console for the Runavel team to run and support the platform, with its own login and mandatory two-factor authentication.

    Bookings

    Added
    • Take bookings: schedule an appointment for an artist and a customer at a chosen time, with double-booking prevented automatically.
    • Keep a catalog of the services you offer, each with a duration and price.
    • Keep reusable customer records, the start of your client list.
    • Each studio has its own timezone, so booking times always show in the studio's local time.
    • Customers and artists get a confirmation email when a booking is made, and a reminder the day before.

    Back-office design pass

    • A mobile-first redesign of the whole workspace, so every page and form is easy to use on a phone or tablet.
    Fixed
    • The app icon now shows the Runavel mark crisply across browsers and when you add Runavel to a phone's home screen.

    • Add the studios you work from as locations, each with its own address, phone, opening hours and status.
    • See and adjust each studio on a map - drag the pin to place it exactly where it is.
    • Assign artists to the studios they work at, and mark each artist's primary location.
    • Your account is now a company that can run more than one studio - registration asks for your company name.

    Back-office redesign and real-time

    • A refreshed, consistent workspace: a single account menu and sidebar navigation on every page.
    • Choose exactly which parts of your name - first name, surname and nickname - are shown publicly, and in what order.
    • A redesigned profile editor with a live preview of your public name and clearer publishing controls.
    • See who is online in your studio at a glance.
    • The team page now updates live - sent invitations and newly joined members appear instantly, without refreshing.

    • Acknowledging the data-use notice no longer loses your publish action.

    Artist profiles

    • Artists can build their own profile with a name, bio, specialties and social links, and choose exactly which details are shown publicly.
    • Every published artist gets their own public page on your studio's site, showing only the details they chose to share.
    • Review and acknowledge a short data-use notice before publishing your profile.
